You are eligible to participate in the study if you:
Are between the ages of 18 and 75
Have been diagnosed with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis
Have not responded adequately to steroids
Are not participating in any other investigational medication trials
Participants will be expected to:
Take study-related investigational medication
Attend study-related office visits, examinations and laboratory tests
Receive study-related disease assessments
Medication, examinations and assessments will be provided to participants at no cost
